  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

  • Late fees apply after the 3rd.

  • Consistent late payments or nonpayment may result in termination of residency.

Residents must follow all posted house rules, including guidelines for cleanliness, respect, quiet hours, and safety. Violations may result in warnings or discharge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gentilly Grace is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property loss caused by resident negligence.

  • Medical emergencies or health-related issues. Residents are responsible for their own health and personal belongings.
